1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phtsys ("phtsys," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the phtsys website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating a phtsys account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotional terms, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. • You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your location before using the phtsys Platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phtsys, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the phtsys Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the phtsys Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phtsys reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings or bonuses.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. phtsys may require you to submit supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment methods at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtsys account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. phtsys will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify phtsys immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your phtsys account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. phtsys reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where phtsys reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phtsys accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Instapay. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phtsys does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all payment methods used must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your phtsys wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours; bank transfers are processed within one (1) business day. phtsys reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account.

4.4 Responsible Financial Conduct

phtsys strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. Never deposit funds that you cannot afford to lose.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phtsys may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• phtsys reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the phtsys Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. General betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. phtsys does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by applicable game rules.
• phtsys reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, the decision of phtsys shall be final, subject to applicable regulatory review.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and events and are displayed within the Platform at the time of placing a bet.
• phtsys reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtsys Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Creating or operating more than one phtsys account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or phtsys staff.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.

phtsys reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and winnings, and to report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Responsible Gaming

phtsys is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. phtsys provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phtsys account.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phtsys Platform without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtsys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if phtsys has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phtsys does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phtsys makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the accuracy of any information contained therein.

In no event shall phtsys's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phtsys account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

phtsys collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phtsys Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phtsys implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

12. Amendments to These Terms

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
